    I don’t know the architect or the engr but you might look up the Tacoma Narrows Bridge. Its collapse due to high winds was filmed in the 1940’s

    Google “Hyatt Regency walkway collapse” Designed by the PBNDML Architecture firm. I will not mention names but the civil responsible lost his license to practice Engineering in Missouri.
