Just a suggestion, now. Try “playing with” the letters of the company name to draw the letters so they are in the shape of a bridge. Sounds simple, I know. You may want to draw your design very large at first. That way, when your design is reduced in size; the logo will look very neat and “pulled together”. Simple is stylish and functional. I would like to also suggest that you present your design idea in black ink on white illustration board or card stock and let the client choose colors to employ (if any) in the finished design. You know, I hope; that keeping that simple will more than likely come across good, too. ((Like my play on words? Seriously, though.) You may want to provide various colored “gels” (they are called in theatrical lighting)–see-thru film with a tint to it…colored markers or pencils for the client to use on photo-copies of your design. That way your client gets to feel more a part of, has something personally invested in the “building of” your design. {Are the bridges they make suspension bridges or other kinds? No worry. Just use your imagination or look online at some famous bridges….the ancient Roman aquaducts come to my mind. The arch shape could become the letter A in the company’s name. Basic bridge outlines are neither patented; nor are they copyrighted. Hooray for artistic license. Right? Just keep it simple and neat. I’m sure you’ll do good. Good luck and God bless you, too.}
